Hey guys! I’m Olivia, and I’m so glad you’re here. I am an adventure and wellness enthusiast. I do anything and everything I can to have fun and FEEL GOOD. My mission is to help you feel amazing in your skin by catering self-care practices to your life and sharing my favorite all-natural products. I love taking care of myself now, but I haven’t always been that way.
After moving out on my own I realized that I had no idea how to take care of myself mentally OR physically. And, I’ve found that this is super common among women.
During my college years I functioned on minimal sleep, unhealthy foods, and a go-go-go attitude – never taking a break for myself. As an Environmental Studies major I was all about opening people’s eyes to the damage we are doing to the environment, without checking myself. Not only was I blind to my environmental impact, but I was also unaware of my body crying out for help.
Fast forward a few years and a few life altering moments – and I finally found a different path. It includes *slowing down* and being mindful through journaling, exercise, meditation, and the occasional Netflix binge (because honesty, ya know).
The Mindful Mile is an outlet for me to share my mindfulness journey. As a young woman, I’m still trying to figure out this whole “life” and “adulting” nonsense. It’s quite the rollercoaster, but I do know that mindful living has had an amazing impact on my life.
